Survey for selection of transfer pricing documentation software

A lot of multinationals are affected by the latest BEPS rules on documentation (i.e., Action plan 13) and forced to prepare a Master file and Local files in all countries the group operates (either by way of a local legal entity or permanent establishment). This could be quite a labour intensive task, in particular in case the multinational has to prepare Local files for more than, say 10 to 15 legal entities.

I observe that multinationals are increasingly seeking for ways to automate this documentation process. In the light of this trend, a number of companies have developed specific transfer pricing documentation software. However, who are these transfer pricing software providers and what are the characteristics of these companies and the software products they offer? Unfortunately, a comprehensive overview does not exist.

In October, I will provide you with a comprehensive overview of the market for transfer pricing documentation software providers. However, before I will provide you with said information, it made sense to me to also pay attention to the selection criteria for such transfer pricing documentation software. What criteria would be relevant to you, considering your needs? Would it be the reputation of the software provider, user-friendliness, core features of the software, or other considerations that would determine your decision?

Please find below a link to a !@#Vesper12. We would appreciate it if you could fill in the survey before the end of September. The questionnaire is very short and only requires at most 5 minutes of your time.

In October, I will share the results of the survey with you. It will be informative about the selection criteria that your peers apply. Obviously, the survey results will be anonymously.

Thank you in advance for participating.
